About the project: Kristy, the Principal of Noosa Buyers Agent, first approached me because she wanted advice on how to attract more clients via her website. While Kristy’s agency was ranking high in Google search results, because her website was only one page there was plenty more she could do to communicate her services and offerings to convert her ideal audience.

I started with a website copy audit and gave Kristy advice on how to improve her website in its one-page format. When Kristy implemented the changes, she received two new enquiries within 24 hours. As part of this audit, I recommended adding more pages and SEO-enriched content to Kristy’s website. This led to a rewrite of the Home page and brand-new Services, About, Client Success Stories and suburb profile pages. All highlighted Kristy’s unique positioning and her knowledge and expertise as a Noosa local. We wanted to make sure we differentiated her from the competition.

All in all, Noosa Buyers Agent was elevated from a one-page website to a premium agency website that showcased Kristy’s unique expertise as a Buyer’s Agent, her knowledge and personalised services. I also wrote a Sales Proposal document for Kristy that she could give to prospective clients when they made an enquiry.
