About the project: I worked with Sales Agent Baraka Leporte for a couple of years, writing his property ads. This always included an on-site property visit where I would meet the vendor (or tour the property with Baraka or his team), taking note of all the features of a property, its location and surroundings, and then writing a lifestyle-inspired property ad that told the unique story of each home.

This particular property was nestled on 1.58 hectares of rolling green lawn, old-growth gums and waterways thriving with wildlife in MacMasters Beach.
Results: After going to market with this ad, the property sold within two weeks for $3 million.
