About the project: I regularly write property listings for Shiels+Co Property and have worked with Sales Agent Natalie Francis for many years, including previously when she worked at Robinson Property.

Unlike some of my other real estate projects, these property ads are written remotely using professional photography, floorplans and research into the surrounding neighbourhood and local property market. The goal is always the same: to create a lifestyle-led property story that helps buyers emotionally connect with a home before they even step through the front door.

This particular property had been cherished by the same family for more than 50 years. Using the available property information, I crafted a warm, family-focused property listing that highlighted the home’s generous proportions, convenient Charlestown location and long history as a much-loved family home.

Results: The campaign generated more than 80 enquiries, attracted 35 groups through the property and received more than 3,000 online views. Multiple offers were received, and the property was sold prior to auction for $1.3 million.
